At present, most of the scaffold pipes produced by the company are galvanized scaffold steel pipes, as well as painting. The main market is the Southeast Asian market, such as Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia and other countries. There are mainly 48.3mm, 48.6mm and 60.3mm diameter steel pipes, most of which are 6m (5.8m) in length and 2-4mm in common wall thickness, mainly galvanized strip pipes. The main executive standards include Japanese Standard JIS G3444 and British Standard BS 1387, BS en39, BS en1139, etc. Other specifications are determined according to the demand.

Processes
Galvanized scaffolding steel pipe is a kind of material often used in the construction of operating platforms at present. Ordinary people cannot accurately tell the quality of the scaffolding steel pipes purchased. The difference between galvanized scaffolding steel pipes can be distinguished from the following aspects.
1. Knock
Different galvanized scaffolding steel pipes cannot be distinguished by the surface, but you can distinguish them by tapping and listening to the sound. Good-quality scaffolding tubes have a lighter and brittle sound due to the purer materials used, while scaffolding tubes using low-quality steel will have a lower sound when beaten due to no purification process.
2. Look
There are two types of galvanizing processes for scaffolding steel pipes, cold galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. The cold galvanized shelf tube is smooth and flat, but the zinc layer is easy to be scratched, so the price is cheap. The surface of the hot-dip galvanized shelf tube is slightly rough, so the surface is not easy to be damaged, the anti-corrosion effect is better, and the price is higher.
